What code or codes would I use for a patient who sees a provider to see about getting a medical exemption from a COVID vaccine?
 
Are you asking for a diagnosis code or a procedure code?

Just FYI, we are refusing to make appointments for this reason. Medical exemption from covid vax is very, very narrow; our Medical Board is filing charges against doctors who give them out without a specific, provable, valid reason.

ICD-10 codes. This is for people to get see if they qualify for an exemption.
