I have question on 99503 and 99504 CPT codes. Who can perform this both codes on patient house- respiratory therapist or Registered skilled nurse?. If it can be done by Registered skilled nurse as per physician advice means any problem on using these both codes?. Kindly give me a exact hours or minimum hours of treatment for these both codes. Shall we use these 2 codes along with S9124 or T1030 or T1031? Kindly help me and clarify for this questions as soon as possible.
