We have a physician that is wanting to start seeing patients that are mentally challenge at their workshop. The physician would be seeing patients that are sick and treating them. Would this be a billable encounter and what code would you use? Also, what would be the place of service?
 
The workshop is where the mentally challenged go to work during the day. There would be a private area to do the exams.
