My employer has the only Birthing Facility in our state and we have many issues with getting the facility fee paid by most carriers. We are trying to find a good CPT for the actual use of the facility since we bill the provider delivery fee separate from the facility.
One of our billers found this code-A7516-by googling but cannot find the description for this code.

Can anyone help?
 
A7516 would be a HCPCs code but I do not see it in the current book. I do not code OB but HCPCs codes are for Procedure & Supplies and Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
