I was wondering if anyone could help me code the following surgeries:

Operative procedures left foot
1. first metatarsophalangeal fusion
2.Bunionectomy
3.second toe hammertoe procedure with partial exostectomy of the proximal phalanx of the 2nd toe(resection arthroplasty of the 2nd proximal interphalangeal joint)
4.percutaneous extensor tenotomy of the 2nd ray

and

operative procedure: left foot
1.first metatarsophalangeal joint fusion with bone graft
2.excision of bunion(excision of osteophyte 1st metatarsal?

and
Operative procedure: right foot
1.Repair Achilles tendon with a double-row technique
2.debridement of the Achilles tendon with excision of osteophyte
3.Excision of Haglund's deformity(partial exostectomy of the calcaneus)
4.strayer procedure

Keep in mind that I'm only a coding student, but I hope the codes I found at least point us in the right direction. In most cases, the full operative reports would be required for coding, but of course, if you do share the full operative reports here on the forum, we don't include any PHI (patient name, DOB, MR #) due to HIPAA.
