Hello,
Could someone let me know please if the following CPT codes would be appropriate to use for this procedure?
28289, 28114

Left 1st Metatarsal Cheilectomy and proximal phalanx ostectomy with application of Cartica implant in the first metatarsal.

I would use 28291 for the Cheilectomy and implant per information I received from the manufacturer. I don't think 28114 (Ostectomy, complete excision; all metatarsal heads, with partial proximal phalangectomy, excluding first metatarsal) is correct from the information you provided.
