I am wondering if anyone know of any documentation showing which compartment the ACL is in. I have been told that it is in the patellofemoral compartment, but I can't find anything official that states that, or a diagram showing it.

Thank you!

The ACL sits in-between the fibula and tibia. It's really not part of the Patella-femoral articulation (compartment). I have never found any official documentation either. However, most if not all insurance companies believe that's it's part of the PF compartment.
