Wiki Complex Closure or Adjacent Tissue Transfer?

Wondering if I could get some help. I sometimes stuggle with know when to code out a complex closure verses an adjacent tissue transfer. Here is the op note. Any guidenace will be appreciated:

Seeing that it is extensive undermining and not any additional incisions, I'd say this was complex closure.

This blog post was from 2019 but I like the description of the difference between complex closure vs adjacent tissue transfer:

"Undermining of adjacent tissue to achieve closure of a wound or defect constitutes complex repair, not tissue transfer and rearrangement. Tissue transfer and rearrangement requires that adjacent tissue be incised and carried over to close a wound or defect"
