Can someone assist me with CPT codes for this Op Report? I need assistance with CPT code for Excision of Roux-en-Y anastomosis with reconstruction (thinking of billing as Small Bowel Resection since Roux-en-Y limb was reanatomosed approximately 20cm. downstream in a functional end-to-side manner) AND CPT code for Jejunal patch repair of duodenum

Procedures performed:
1=Segmental colon resection with splenic flexure mobilization(44140+44139);
2=Excision of Roux-en-Y anastomosis with reconstruction ???;
3=Separate SBR (44120);
4=Jejunal patch repair of duodenum ???
