Patient had a left elbow olecranon fracture with loss of reduction and internal fixation post open reduction. I have coded cpt codes 24685 and 24160 with modifiers 78 and 76, since it is a revision of a previous recent surgery and unplanned. I am stuck on what icd 10 code to use. Help please!

You will use the same fracture code originally used and apply the 7 th character of a G or H, or J, or K, or M, or N, or P, or Q, or R which ever the documentation supports.
