I have a chart I am working on for a consult.

The consult request is from Dr. Smith, he is requesting for Dr. Brown to do the consultation.

Dr. Brown does not do the consult, it is actually done by Dr. Coleman, who is in the same group as Dr. Brown. In Dr. Coleman's notes she thanks Dr. Smith for the consult request.

My question - Is this a valid consult or a subsequent visit?
