I am having trouble figuring out what CPT codes can be billed for this surgery.
i billed---44005, 49560, 49568 and was only paid for the 49568.

Hello, 44005 is not billable. According to encoder, no modifier can override the edit. Hope this helps.

Hi, looks like to me 44346-22
