If a patient is put on CPAP with oxygen, can you charge separately for the oxygen, or is the oxygen included?

You bill separately. The CPAP is E0601 and the oxygen is E1390. Don't forget to charge for the humidifier too, E0562.

What about CPAP w/ Humidifier built in?

Question about humidifiers and CPAP devices.
E0601 is the CPAP and E0562 is the HCPCS code for heated humidifier.
But what about if the CPAP has a built in heated humidifier? Should we see both codes above? Just the CPAP? Should it be an unlisted code?
Anyone have a lead on this?
