Wiki CPT 20705 with 27447

Is it appropriate/expected to utilize 20705 with 27447 (TKA) because that’s where we are concerned if we need to use it when we remove a manually manipulated antibiotic spacer prior to putting in the new total knee as the second stage of some of these infected cases.

Code 20705 has a list of "Code First" CPT codes. And code 27447 is not on that list.

Correct, the "Code First" is written in the coding directions of the code which come from the AMA.
