can some one help me with this codes, I have been trying to get information on the payable dx, our provider has been providing this services and using the dx 722.83, 338.29, 724.2, & 729.5 in that order, medicare denied the services as non medical necessary, can some one have a link where I can get information on the payable dx, thanks
 
Given your diagnoses, you may also want to check to see if it is a peripheral subcutaneous field stimulator that is being placed versus a peripheral nerve neurostimulator. The subcutaneous field stimulator procedures are reported with the 0282T - 0285T Category III codes.

The peripheral subcutaneous field stimulators are typically placed subcutaneously in the back rather than along a specific individual nerve.
