Wiki CPT code 21335 that involves old nasal injury

Patient has a displaced left nasal bone. This patient has had 3 rhinoplasty's and now the doctor wants to fix the nasal fracture. The progress note states "there is a slightly depressed nasal bone on the left side that is adjacent to a palpable dorsal graft. Airway is patent and septum is midline". He wants to do a open treatment open reduction septal fracture CPT code 21335. Would this be the correct code on an old injury? The Diagnosis codes on this progress note is J34.89 and S02.2XXS, There is no documentation of the nasal fracture, other then patient has a history of nasal injury. Any feedback would be appreciated . Surgery has not happened yet . Thank you
