Wiki cpt code for scraping and injecting a wart

Scenario: There is an approximately 4 mm in diameter plantar wart on the top of 5th toe. It was cleansed, numbed with Lidocaine and shaved off with a #15 blade. I scraped the base well and then used silver nitrate to cauterize. I also injected with .01 ml of Candida Skin Test Antigen.

What CPT codes are appropriate?? 17110 and 11900???. Thanks for any help.

I would say 11308 and 11900...it fits better with the shave removal description, than with destruction. Hope that helps! ;)
