Wiki CPT codes in a Procedure Room

I have a Shoulder, Elbow, Hand surgeon that is asking me if the following CPT procedure codes are paid if done in a PROCEDURE ROOM - not an ASC. I do not know where to find this information. Can anyone direct me please? Thank you for your help! The CPT codes in question are:

If the procedure room is in the office setting and you have not set it up as an ASC, it is non-facility fee.
