I have a Shoulder, Elbow, Hand surgeon that is asking me if the following CPT procedure codes are paid if done in a PROCEDURE ROOM - not an ASC. I do not know where to find this information. Can anyone direct me please? Thank you for your help! The CPT codes in question are:
