Nurse Practitioner removed a large black hair from ear canal with irrigation, but no cerumen impaction was noted.
Which CPT and ICD10 should I bill?

Hi
The diagnosis code be T16 block and the CPT run from 69200 to 69205 fit doctor's documentation remove hair from ear. Ensure use proper modifier LTor RT or 59 if additional procedure.
