The cpt guidelines states "Codes 93622 and 93623 may be reported separately with 93656 for treatment of atrial fibrilation". It also says that 93620 may not be reported.

NCCI says that 93622 and 93623 are add on codes to 93619 and/or 93620.

Talk about a catch 22!
Anybody have some words of wisdom?
