Hi, does anyone know if the Dementia diagnosis codes are already risk adjusting for 2019. Also is there a blended model being used for 2019 or are we using the V 23 model?
 
Hello! Yes, the dementia codes are in effect for DOS 2019 (they are PY2020). v23 has been replaced for this year with v24 and it is blended like v23 was for DOS 2018.
 
Thank you so much. Do you know if it risk adjusts for all of 2019? My co worker thinks it may go in effect in October. Also is the V24 blended with V22?
