Wiki Denial 37221 and 37223

Hello Everyone,

I have a procedure I have billed 37221 RT, 37223 59 RT, and 37221 LT with diagnosis of I70.211 and I70.212. The ins has denied the 37221 RT and 37223 59 RT for procedure is inconsistent with modifier and
diagnosis. The ins paid the 37221 LT. Are there any other modifiers I should be using for theses procedure codes or better diagnosis code?

Should be 37221,50 and 37223,RT. No 59 modifier needed on 37223 because it's an add-on code. Use dx I70.213.
