Hello, I need some help!

We had a patient present to the office with frequent infections. Various different things like pneumonia, ear infections, URI's etc. She is sick all the time, so the doctor ordered labs to check her immune system.

Any ideas on what diagnosis code I can use for frequent infections? I have thought about a history of pneumonia code, I have though about a screening code (V77.99). I can code symptoms, but no symptoms were documented due to her not currently being ill.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Thank you!
:)

History of recurrent pneumonia is V12.61. There's also V12.00 unspecified infections and parasitic disease. Not sure it will get you medical necessity but might work.

What about screening code first, any hx codes + V49.89? I think it applies to increased susceptibility to infections? Should meet med necessity
