Hello I am in need of cpt codes to bill for Directly Observed Therapy (DOT) billing the physician was billing 99442 and 90473 which are being denied. Please advise what codes you found payable? Thank you in advance

H0033 is the best code for this, and it is payable by some states' Medicaid programs.
