What terminology would I look for in an op report to determine if the natual lens is dislocated anteriorly (379.33) or posteriorly (379.34)? The op report does not include that information. Can it be determined by incision site, etc.?

I would not be able to make that decision by incision site. I dont know of any terminology that would help in making that decision except the true words (anterior/posterior).
