The MD performed a Right Inguinal Canal Exploration with release of spermatic cord entrapment. Does anyone know the procedure code for this?

Also the diagnosis for the surgery was Spermatic cord and Vas Deferens entrapment. Does anyone know the diagnosis code for this?
