Hello, I have an adjusted DRG payment from Medicare on DRG-177. they applied denial code CO-167 for Diagnosis not covered and made a partial payment. The ICD 10 PCS code XW033E5 and the diagnosis codes on the claim were U071, J1282, J9601, E871, I4820, K219, M1990, I2721, R931, R778, E782, E119, Z7901. Any advice on what code is causing this denial? Also the date of service is 7/10/2023. Thank you
