If they physician has a test cup that the patient urinates into and it tests 9 different drugs what cpt codes do you use to bill???

First you will need to know what drugs are being tested for, then I would take a look at 80100-80101. Our office does uring drug screen for pts who were abusing drugs with the drugs our physicians are looking for we are using 80101.

Yes it is for amp, bup, bzo, coc, tch, opi, oxy, mAMP, mtd. My next question is we only bill for one unit with that code then???
