Question: I have a patient that was seen to have a form filled out for her
employer stating she was not narcoleptic. She had been in a car accident,
uninjured, and not seen related to the accident. The form was strictly an
employer requirement and patient was seen face to face with no needed
medical exam. Can this be billed to her commercial insurance? If so what
DX and CPT codes? Thank you.
