Physician has performed insertion of MRI port (CPT- 36571).
Preoperative & Postoperative Diagnosisis : Chronic IV drug infusion.

I cant find this ICD diagnosis code. Please help.

What type of drug,Check V58.6 series
But this is a secondary dx, u have to give a pathology as primary or give V58.81 as primary
