dx: early quickening & history twin gestation

Our doc is ordering an OB sonogram with dx of early quickening & history of twin gestation.
I can't find a diagnosis code for either. Can anyone help?
 
Vcodes V22.1 and V28.3, 0r V28.8. 655.8x, for other unknown or suspected fetal abnormalilty not elsewhere classified( this is for the early quickening and suspected condition). As a matter of fact, the early quickening is a subjective symptom and here it paves way to suspect a multiple pregnancy
