is there a specific diagnosis code for testing RH status of a pregnant patient?

Hi,

For the RH testing in a pregnant women, usually we will not code any diagnosis code. If the RH incombatibility documented we can code 656.1x.

"The Rh factor can cause problems when the pregnant women is Rh negative and the fetus is Rh positive. This is called Rh incombatibility. These problems usually not occur in first pregnancy, but they can occur in a later pregnancy"
