Good Morning!!

I would really appreciate it if someone would help me with a diagnosis code for: "failure to progress of twin B."

Patient was able to delivery twin A vaginally but experienced "lack of progress with twin B" as fetal heart tracing became less reassuring with fetal tachycardia and severe variable decelerations and therefore twin B was admitted for cesarean.
