Hello everyone,
I hope this is the right place to post this question.
Anyways, I have about 12 case studies which involve coding the correct EM Level only. The cases aren't asking for the ICD-10 CM diagnosis codes. I've already done half of these cases, but have ended up with the same answer on each one, 99214. I know that I am missing something such as coding a procedure in a case, modifiers, etc. E&M is such a struggle right now. Would anyone be willing to take a look at my answers and perhaps work through these with me if I were to send a PDF file of the cases to you? The help would really be appreciated.
