Hello!

I have an elbow surgery that I need help with deciphering. See op note below. I am torn between CPT 29838 (Arthroscopy, elbow, surgical; debridement, extensive) and/or CPT 24006 (Arthrotomy of the elbow, with capsular excision for capsular release (separate procedure) and I have CPT 64718 (Neuroplasty and/or transposition; ulnar nerve at elbow) which I have coded. We got an auth for all 3 CPT codes, but my strength is not elbows!! Just want someone to review the op note and give me a direction :)
