Trying to find a CPT Code for an EMG that is put under the tongue with dx code 335.20 (ALS)
 
The tongue muscle is innervated by branches of multiple cranial nerves:
motor - Cranial nerves 10 & 12
sensory & taste - Cranial nerves 5, 7 & 9

I would look at 95867 or 95868 if no nerve conduction studies were performed as well as the EMG testing OR 95887 if the EMG testing was performed along with NCS
