Can some one clarify for me please if Dr does 4 muscles and 3 paraspinals muscles do I code as 95885 or 95886, my question is do I count paraspinals muscles or not ?

My office is also struggling with this after the verbiage changes on the description. The office is currently interpreting "Code 95885 and 95886 can be reported together up to a combined total of four (4) units of service per patient when all four extremities are tested", as we can bill 95885 and 95886 together, as long as the doctor does 3+ nerves or 4+ spinal levels for that limb.

Is this correct?
