Hi, We are receiving denials from Ohio Medicare on our Entyvio infusion patients. The denial states does not met medical necessity. We are using the most specified diagnosis codes available for the patient and are still receiving denials. The Ohio MAC (CGS) does not have an LCD for Entyvio.

Is there any Ohio offices billing for Entyvio and getting paid? If so what is the magic that is needed.
