ERCP WITH PERCUTANEOUS BILLARY DRAINAGE CATHETER
during endoscopy and under fluoroscopic guidance a 0.35 wire was passed through the previously placed diliary drainage catheter and passed into the duodenum, The cather tip was withdrawn for the duodenum int the common bile duct. Under fluoroscopic visualiation the wire was grasped with a snare, which had been passed through the endoscope. as the wire was fed through the catheter, the wire tip was withdrawn throught the endoscope and outh through the patientss mouth. under flouoroscopic visualiazaton while tension was held on the wire at the patients skins surface a biliary stent was advance over the wire in antegrade fashion through the endoscope an positioned across the area of tumor and stenosis in the common bile duct the wore was then with drawn through the endoscope ..
