Will it be right to say this plan has moderate data for 3 tests not ordered but may have been suggested or possible considered for this type of problem addressed?

Mother declined any testing (strep/flu/covid) for pt
Mother just restarted claritin 5mg during the day
Advised mother to give benadryl 3/4 tea spoon at bedtime and can increase to 1 teaspoon if needed
Supportive care with increased fluids/rest, gingerroot tea, salt water gargles
