:confused: What would you code for a surgeon that took a patient to an ASC for an examination under anesthesia of a lisfranc sprain? He put the ankle thru ROM and used live Floro.

Its hard to say based on the documentation you provided (not really enough) but perhaps you may want to consider a manipulation under anesthesia???
