Patient had excision of left submandibular subcutaneous mass (2.5 x 2.2 x 0.8cm). Patient sent to recovery. Patient then had to return back to the operating room for exploration because of bleeding from the wound. Discovered a small artery which had a hole which was cauterized. Can anyone please help with CPT and ICD9 code.

Final diagnosis is chronic abscess in subcutaneous fat, secondary to ruptured epidermal inclusion cyst.
