Excision of left spermatic cord cyst.

Hello, I am having a hard time coming up with a CPT code for this procedure:
The median raphae and a 10 blade was used to make a skin incision then with Allis retraction and cautery, dissection was taken down to the left cyst.
IE: cyst was removed in total way from surrounding tissues, cyst was entered and brown fluid was seen...
Sent to path report: Left spermatic cord infected cyst.
Would some one be able to take a look at this one for me...
most CPT codes I see are for lipoma's
