Hello all,

Pre/Post dx: orbital mass in lacrimal gland
Path came back chronic dacryoadenitis with microgranulomas

Procedure: Orbitotomy with removal of mass

Op reads:

lid crease incision, blunt and sharp dessection was used to open the orbiatl septum. Mass was identified in the lacrimal gland. Removed the sent to path

Was looking at 67412 then 68540/68550 but that reads "tumor"??

67412 376.11 375.02??

Thanks for any help!
 
375.81 looks like it might be a little closer to the location you're describing, but I'm having a hard time connecting 67412 for the excision.
 
What about 68899 unlisted with a comp code of 68530 or 68420. What you've described seems more extensive than aspiration.
