Hello,

Does anyone know if an ASC can charge a facility fee for administering blocks? Where can I find the information regarding this issue?

are you talking about suprascapular blocks or something similiar done pre/intraoperatively in addition to general anesthesia?
 
I charge for inter scalene blocks when we do shoulder surgery's. Is that what you are wondering. There is another kind of block as well, but cant think of it right now.
