Patient who was 11 wks pregnant in the ER 2 days prior where it was found with fetal demise. She is back in the ER for suprapubic cramping. Has not had D&C yet. Would I report the suprapubic cramping or O36.4XX1 again?

both the cramping and the fetal demise would be coded >the diagnosis code I have for fetal demise in early pregnancy is O02.1(pt hasn't reached 20 wks gestation)
