I am having the same issue. There seems to be differences between CMS and AMA CPT codes and RUV's. Following this link for guidance.
You might try using ChatGPT to summarize that section. I just did that on my phone with this prompt: "Summarize the CY2025 MPFS Final Rule from November 1st and focus on the telehealth section." You might try adding something like "and put it in layman's terms" if you want.
