Good afternoon Everyone,

I was told by my administration do not use 90658 for Medicare patients.. Can some one tell me what is the CPT code you use for vaccination along with administration code G0008?

Thanks for your feedback.

You will want to check out your HCPCS book, Q2034-Q2039, to make sure you utilize the appropriate Q-code. Each brand has it's own Q-code. Q2038 is for Fluzone. If you are giving Fluvirin you would use Q2037. If you are giving the Fluzone high dose vaccine you would use 90662.

You can reference MLN 8047 below for further guidance.
