How would you bill a flu shot given by the nurse?
Would this be 99211 90688 and 90460?
If anyone could clear this up for me

99211 would not be appropriate as the work for the nurse is included in the vaccine admin code.

Yep, the "stick" code (90460) and the "stuff" code (90688)

In order to bill 90460, a physician or other qualified healthcare professional must see the patient to provide vaccine counseling. If only the RN is seeing this patient, 90471 would be the appropriate vaccine administration code.
