How would you bill a flu shot given by the nurse?
Would this be 99211 90688 and 90460?
If anyone could clear this up for me

Thank you for your quick response.As a new member it can be overwhelming.I will bill just 90688 and 90460 only correct.

In order to bill 90460, a physician or other qualified healthcare professional must see the patient to provide vaccine counseling. If only the RN is seeing this patient, 90471 would be the appropriate vaccine administration code.
